i've been away from my blog for a bit now. in part, i've been away because i was traveling. a wonderful get away to new york with my best buddy was a welcome respite. but i've also been away...in a funk. and no, my funk didn't take me to funkytown in my travels. (but, that would've been fun!)
i thought this would be a great opportunity to share with you an organization that is helping numerous folks battle their issues with depression and addiction. it's a non-profit group called to write love on her arms. even if these issues aren't impacting you or anyone close to you, please still check this group out. they are raising awareness in a world that all too often would rather look the other way.
